April Arnold

April Arnold is a Management Consultant with Barbaricum. She provides consultation within the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Threat Reduction and Arms Control on matters related to countering weapons of mass destruction. Her specific responsibilities include risk analysis, model development, program assessments, and policy coordination. Prior to this position, April was the President and Chairwoman of the Board for Young Professionals in International Affairs. April also is an author of the April 2020 WCAPS “Policy Papers by Women of Color” publication.
