Mission

WCAPS Entrepreneurial Leadership Working Group (ELWG) is dedicated to promoting women of color entrepreneurs and facilitating adequate access to capital, education, and professional networks to build and scale successful businesses.

Purpose

  1. Advocate for women of color in the business sector with limited female representation.

  2. Provide a platform where women of color can leverage a strong collective voice.

  3. Offer resources to access education, business networks, and capital.

Goals

  1. Augment access to business and leadership opportunities across the full spectrum of ELWG membership.

  2. Build strategic business alliances, partnerships, and coalitions to promote women of color entrepreneurial contributions.

  3. Effectively represent the full diversity of women of color entrepreneurial community.
