WCAPS France seeks to advance the leadership and professional development of women of color in the fields of peace and security in France and continental Europe, and to promote anti-racism, diversity and inclusion policies in national affairs and foreign affairs.
WCAPS France embodies the principles of "Liberté, Egalité et Fraternité", and, as such, provides a safe and supporting forum for our members and allies that encourages stimulating discussions, elevates the diversity of voices of women of color in peace and security in France and beyond, and fosters an inclusive and active professional network. WCAPS France aims to challenge toxic mentalities grounded in gender inequality, racism and discrimination, and enhance peaceful dialogue, social cohesion and mutual understanding.
