As our national conversation on systemic racism continues, Women of Color Advnacing Peace, Security & Conflict Transformation (WCAPS), Foreign Policy for America, and Colombe Foundation will partner for the second in a series of conversations on race and foreign policy. In this discussion, we will host a panel of distinguished leaders for a discussion on the increasing militarization of American foreign policy and whether the U.S. perceives and responds differently to threats emanating from communities of color abroad.
