Mika Yassur

Mika Yassur is a Political Science and Philosophy student at Smith College, currently studying abroad at Sciences Po Paris. She's been an intern with Race Across the Pond since February 2021, contributing to the research and writing of a policy paper on racism in France's national security policy as well as supporting the Leadership Team. Previously, Mika has interned for various nonprofit organisations including Encompass Community Services (social services) and the Joe Goode Performance Group (a dance theatre group with the aim of supporting understanding, compassion, and tolerance). Moving forward she is excited to continue practicing her research, writing, and language abilities in French, Hebrew, and Spanish while gaining experience in the international relations sphere.
