Isabel Romero

Isabel Romero- is an esteemed leader of the WCAPS Redefining National Security Working Group. She is an experienced program manager with 8 years of demonstrated history of working in international affairs. A servant leader of WCAPS, Isabel uses her skills in policy analysis, international relations, budgeting, contracting, training, and public speaking to develop programs and events to provide valuable insight on salient topics to our membership. She provides program management and oversight for eight security programs in the Western Hemisphere - Canada, Honduras, Costa Rica, Guyana, Bolivia, Peru, Santo Domingo and Argentina.
