Rayna Rogers

Rayna is the Content Director for WCAPS West Coast Chapter. In addition to her role at WCAPS West Coast Chapter, Rayna is a Graduate Research Assistant at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) in Monterey, California where she does 3-dimensional modeling. After nearly a decade of working in Asia, Rayna knows the importance of cross-cultural communication and true diversity within policymaking.

Rayna is currently pursuing a Master’s in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Dayton. She is an avid language learner and has traveled extensively through Asia.
