GAD Lingo is WCAPS Global Advocacy and Diplomacy (GAD) signature cultural diplomacy program that provides national security practitioners with insights into a culture and its corresponding language.

In August 2020, GAD kicked off GAD Lingo Arabic, Spanish, Haitian-Creole/French, and Japanese. This month FRENCH will be sponsored by the France Embassy in the United States--Cultural Services.
