My Sister's Keeper: Addressing Systemic Injustices While Amplifying Voices of Women of Color

Issues of diversity and inclusion are increasingly becoming important to Canadians; however, the international peace and security sector suffers from a lack of diversity, especially from women of colour. The launch of the Canada chapter seeks to celebrate and uplift the voices of Canadian women of colour while addressing systemic injustices in Canada and worldwide. The conversation will focus on how racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues impact them.
