Layla Abi Falah

Layla Abi Falah is the co-chair of the WCAPS Southwest Asia and North Africa Working Group. She is an international lawyer qualified in New York State specializing in international human rights law, international criminal law, and international humanitarian law with particular experience in evidence-based research and open-source investigation into international crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, with a focus on sexual and gender-based violence in the Middle East & Sub-Saharan Africa.
