Dayna Hyppolite

Dayna Hyppolite is a Program Support Analyst at WCAPS, focusing on the Redefining National Security, HBCU-Connection and GenZer Programs. She has experience as Program Analyst with the US Department of State, Program Analyst with US Dept. of Commerce. US of Veterans Affairs. She has also served as Project Specialist with the US Dept. of Education-FSA, DSCA, USAID, and OPM.

Prior to her US Federal agencies' background, Ms. Hyppolite served as External Affairs Liaison and Adviser for the Permanent Mission of Haiti to the United Nations - New York HQ, working with the Administrative/Budgetary Affairs Committee (Fifth Committee), the Peacekeeping Committee, the Committee of Program Coordination, and the United Nations’ General Assembly.
