Fana Ruth Haileselassie

WCAPS congratulates Fana Ruth Haileselassie as the WCAPS September Young Ambassador of the Month. Fana is a Junior at Spelman College pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Studies with a minor in Spanish. She is also a 2019 Charles B. Rangel Scholar.
