Saara Bouhouche

Saara is the Co-Director of the WCAPS France Chapter! In addition to her role at WCAPS France, Saara is a humanitarian, peace and security expert, and is a Strategic Advisor for Women for Women France. Saara is is interested in complex context analysis, peacebuilding and human security. She is particularly interested in Yemen and the MENA region, and has had an extensive background leading emergency response programs and teams in conflict-affected countries globally.

Saara has lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America and the Caribbean. She is a native French speaker and is fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic.
